The National Junior Achievers is open to students ages 6 to 12 years old, who strive for excellence, maintain high morale and ethical standards, and want to make contributions in the career fields of their choice.

If you find that the National Junior Achievers is of interest to your family or know someone that has a youth that would be interested, please join us this Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Fuddruckers (3929 Southwest Fwy, 77027) at 4:00 PM, for a meet and greet and to learn more about the National Junior Achievers. National Youth Achievers
At CON-WOA July 1995, in Miami, Florida, Achiever Beatrice Mayes made the recommendation to have the Youth Achievers be divided into 2 groups. The first group, from the age of 13 years to high school graduate, and will continue to be called Youth Achievers. The second group, from 6 to 12 years of age, would be named Junior Achievers. This recommendation was passed at the National Women Of Achievement, Incorporated Conference.
This was the beginning of our Number One National Thrust to implement a strategic plan to encourage Juniors (NJA) from the ages of 6 to 12 to strive for excellence, maintain high morale and ethical standards, and to make contributions in the career fields of their choice. The format to organize and develop the Constitutional By-Laws and the Handbook of the Junior Achievers was utilized from the Youth Achievers.
